We retain a reference to your Stripe customer ID and subscription details for billing management.

We use session cookies to authenticate your identity and maintain your session while you are logged in to the Platform. These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and are not used for advertising or tracking purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle billing through Stripe.
• Send transactional emails, including account confirmations, billing receipts, and service updates.

• Irie-owned VPS infrastructure— Application, database, and authentication services.

• Cloudflare— Public routing, edge security, and object storage.
• Twilio— Communication services including SMS notifications.

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum information necessary for each provider to perform its function.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS and Mobile Information

Irie Commerce may use phone numbers to send service-related SMS messages such as account alerts, store setup reminders, order or checkout updates, customer support, marketplace inquiry follow-up, and requested notifications.

Message frequency varies by account activity, order activity, and customer request. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Promotional SMS is sent only when a separate marketing opt-in is provided.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform services. If you delete your account, we will retain your data for up to 90 days following deletion to allow for account recovery and to comply with legal obligations. After the 90-day retention period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except where longer retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data transmitted between your browser and the Platform is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest.
